What's the best weight loss diet you found for yourself ?

I have been on every diet there is I think. But what has really worked for me the best is low carb…Atkins, Sugar Busters…I lost 50 pounds in 6 months with Atkins after having my son…2 months later i am still at the 50 pound mark…eating carbs one day and not many the next…I know it works once u get pass the water weight…it is strict at first but it was worth it. I still need to lose 50 more to get to where i wanna b and i am gonna incorporate exercise. Good luck!!

All diets work in the same way. If they restrict calories to a point where you are burning more than you eat, you will lose weight. If the diet does this than it will work, if not you will fail. Whether or not a diet is healthy is separate from whether or not it will work. If you severely restrict calories to under 1200 per day, you will lose weight but going this route is very unhealthy so be careful when reading about these diets. Also beware of diets that limit you to one food. Even if you are taking in a good amount of calories, you won't be able to get all the vitamins, nutrients, fat, carbohydrates or protein from just one type of food.

Joined weight watchers. They have an excellant program which includes food points, explanations as how to food portions and eating in moderation and exercising properly. The good part is that you don't feel like you're on a diet. Look at it as a lifestyle change. Good luck.

Your diet is the best diet. No diet out there is better than your own customized diet. All diets are different it all depends on what your trying to accomplish. If it is weightloss or gain, strength, health….
I think the Dr. mcdougall diet is the best if your looking for an organized diet. Which is similar to the Okinawa diet but without meat. Meat for many is hard to give up even my self. So I eat healthy meets and increase the vegetable intake to about 50 to 75 perecent of your diet with whole wheat grains. Limit calorie consumption. I am currently practicing most of the McDougall Diet.

if I cut out sodas or limit the highly and replace with water and milk and not alot of bad snacking, I'll tend to shed the pounds without much effort. Water does wonders and my skin is so much nicer.

eatting 6 times per day averaging about 1300 calories per day total. I love tasty food like hot pockets, and cheez-its. A hot pocket has 260 calories! A serving of cheez-its is 150. Sometimes i do want to eat a whole box but i dont. I have a scale that i measure out all my food. I like to eat alot, so there are some tricks i do to let me eat more. For instance. I buy the bread in the stores that is 45 calories per slice instead of the bread thats 80 calories per slice. I use mustard (has zero calories) instead of mayo (which has 90 calories per serving) I dont put cheese on my sandwiches either. When i make a turkey sandwich that way, its only 150 calories! If i used mayo, cheese and the other bread it would be 400 calories!! So i could eat 2 of my low calories sandwiches and still have 100 calories less than 1 with the cheese and mayo and other bread. Also i use a ski machine to exercise 3 to 5 days per week burning 400 calories every time. In 3 weeks i've lost 10 pounds, but I am not overweight so my weight comes off alot slower. My first week i lost 6 pounds, second 3 pounds and just 1 pound last week (i cheated and ate a large pizza)
My perfect weight for my height is about 142 pounds. I started at 161 and am now at 151. (overweight for my height is 164! Yikes i was so close!)
