What is the best weight loss program?
November 23rd, 2008
I need to lose about 30 lbs. and I am looking for a good weight loss program to go on. I need a program that does not require alot of cooking and the foods I will need to eat will be easily accessible and be quick and easy to make. I plan on joining a gym and starting to work out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
The Jorge Cruise 3 Hour Diet seems to be very popular, although I have not tried it. Good Luck!

I have joined a woman's fitness center. I have lost 91/2 inches in 11/2 months. I am going to join Weight Watchers this week. I think that is a terrific combination.

The best diet program is the one you can stick with. This is going to vary from person to person. I like low-carb and have learned to do some basic cooking. There's a ton of programs out there: Atkins, South Beach, the Zone, Kimkins, NutriSystem, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers.

i don't know of programs but i know about lifestyle choices: drink plenty of water, exercise (increases metabolism and calorie burning, removes toxins through sweat, oxygen intake good for brain, purifies your body). Don't eat a lot of processed foods and toxins like candies, junk foods, and fried stuff. You want to alkalize with eating a lot of natural foods like whole grains and veggies (greens, reds, oranges…color is good).
Also have a consistent sleep pattern. Irregular sleep throws off your body clock…..i would say sleep early, wake up early.
Don't eat less and think you'll lose weight….you'll only gain it all back faster and harder later. What you need is to not necessarily eat less (at least moderate eating) but eat smarter.
Last but not least, be mindful of your emotional state. If you are depressed or stressed, you may gain and retain more weight than if you are feeling relaxed, comfortable and happy!
Do activities and hobbies that make you happy and satisfied!

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T always WORK…
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T always WORK…
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T always WORK…
I followed the guide above and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.
